Spinach and Mushroom Frittata

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Saute the mushrooms in butter. Season to taste.
  2. MIx in the sausage and spinach and heat through.
  3. Mix in the eggs and let sit on the heat, stirring occassionaly until the eggs are cooked.
  4. Plate and serve.
